Have you ever heard of this kind of cat health problem?

I have a mama cat and she seems like she is not feeling good. She does eat and everything I noticed she does not want to be touched underneath her belly, she will not let her kittens feed either. Is this signs of some sort of infection?

Well, sorry, I don't have a magic ball that enables me, a non-vet to diagnose cats over the internet.

Why don't you take her TO THE VET? If she isn't letting her kittens nurse then THEY WILL DIE. That would be the responsible thing to do. But then, if you were a responsible pet owner your cat wouldn't have had kittens, would she?

it does happen to female cats expecially after birth....
Cats in general dont like their underside to be touch anyways however, after birth the underside is still painful it's also possible that after birth not all of the "stuff" from pregnancy didn't come out, my recommendation is to consult a vet just to be sure they'll be able to do an ultrasound to ensure that its nothing serious.

Yes, could be infection or she could be full of milk and very sore. I use
to breed purebreds and with my cats this would be infection. Some of my kittens were nursing forever it seems. If yours is a mix breed her
instincts may tell her to wean. Look at her breasts, are they red? Is there ANYTHING that doesnt look right?
    Good luck!!!
