Where can I find a very cheap pet stroller!!!???!!!!?

I really need one that will be under 40 dollars so maybe a used one!

My dog has a hip problem and I don't feel safe letting him walk around but I would still love to take him places he enjoys it!!!!

  dogs have legs too, let them walk! (isn't that why u take them for a WALK?!) but if u really feel the need to put it in a stroller, then check your local pet stores or put a wanted ad in the newspaper or something...check out some yard sales too

  I understand there are times when this is not possible, so my suggestion would be to check a local Goodwill or consignment store for either a used child's stroller or some type of shopping cart that you can put padding in the bottom to make the pup comfy. Good luck.
